The terms that govern your use of the Flowsigna website, software and services.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Flowsigna website, the Tally ERP Solution, the Digital Signature / DSC Tool, and any related services (together, the "Service"), provided by Flowsigna ("Flowsigna", "we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Flowsigna provides desktop software for Indian SMEs using Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime, including (a) an export and reporting engine with invoice and serial-number intelligence, and (b) a digital signature (DSC) tool for batch-signing PDF documents using the user's own USB token. Both products run locally on your computer; your Tally data and documents are processed on your machine and are not uploaded to our servers as part of normal operation.
The Service is intended for business and professional use in connection with a licensed copy of Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login, license key or activation details issued to you, and for all activity carried out under them.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Flowsigna grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Service on your own devices, solely for your own internal business purposes, for the duration of your active subscription or trial period. This license does not transfer any ownership of the software, source code, or underlying intellectual property to you.
Certain features may be offered on a free-trial basis for a limited period, after which continued use requires an active paid subscription. Prices, plans and billing cycles are as listed on our Pricing page at the time of purchase and may change with notice for future billing periods. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g. GST) unless stated otherwise. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.
The Service, including its software, design, logos, trademarks and documentation, is owned by Flowsigna and its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. See our Intellectual Property Policy for details.
Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the Service is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
The Service is designed to work alongside third-party software and hardware you already own or license, including Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime and your USB DSC token and its manufacturer's drivers. Flowsigna is not affiliated with, and does not warrant the performance of, these third-party products. "Tally", "Tally ERP" and "Tally Prime" are trademarks of Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd., referenced here only to describe compatibility.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet every requirement of your specific Tally setup or signing workflow.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowsigna shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or fail to pay applicable fees. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
