All software (including the Tally ERP Solution and the Digital Signature / DSC Tool), source code, user interfaces, documentation, the Flowsigna name and logo, and all content on this website (collectively, the "IP") are the property of Flowsigna and/or its licensors, and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a subscription or using a free trial gives you a limited right to use the software as described in our Terms & Conditions. It does not transfer any ownership of the IP to you, and no rights are granted except those expressly stated.
"Flowsigna" and the Flowsigna logo are trademarks of Flowsigna. You may not use them without our prior written consent, except to accurately describe that you are a customer of the Service. "Tally", "Tally ERP 9" and "Tally Prime" are trademarks of Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Flowsigna is an independent product that is compatible with Tally software; we are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd., and references to "Tally" on this site are solely to describe compatibility.
If you send us feedback, suggestions, or feature requests, you grant Flowsigna a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that feedback to improve the Service, without any obligation to compensate you.
The Service may include third-party open-source or licensed components, each governed by its own license terms. Use of such components does not grant you any additional rights beyond those in this policy and the applicable component license.
