This Privacy Policy explains how Flowsigna collects, uses and protects information in connection with the Flowsigna website and the Tally ERP Solution / Digital Signature (DSC) Tool desktop software (together, the "Service").

2. Your Tally & Document Data Stays Local

The core design principle of Flowsigna is that your business data never leaves your laptop. Tally exports, invoice line items, serial numbers, MIS reports, and the PDF documents you sign with the DSC Tool are all read, processed and written entirely on your own machine. Flowsigna does not upload this data to our servers or any third-party cloud service as part of normal operation, and we do not have access to it.

3. Information We Do Collect

• Contact & enquiry data: name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, subject and message when you use our Contact, Demo Request, or lead forms.
• License & activation data: your email address, license key, and a device identifier used solely to validate and manage your software license/activation.
• Website usage data: basic technical information (such as browser type and pages visited) that may be collected if analytics tools are added in future; as of the date above, this site does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

4. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to enquiries, demo requests, and support questions.
• To deliver, activate, and license the software you have purchased or are trialling.
• To send you service-related communications (e.g. license/renewal notices).
• To send marketing communications only where you have opted in; you may unsubscribe at any time.
• To improve our website and product based on aggregated, non-identifying trends.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers who help us operate the Service (e.g. payment processing, email delivery) under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law, regulation, or a valid legal process.
